We want you to feel good about every purchase you make here. That starts with being upfront about how this works.
Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
Everything sold on The Respect Method is a digital download — meaning you receive your product instantly, by email, as soon as your payment clears. Because the file is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases.
This is standard practice for digital products, and we want to be clear about it before you buy.
Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Read the product description carefully
- Check out the free worksheet if you want to get a feel for our style before spending a dime
- Email us at tlee@therespectmethod.com with any questions before you purchase — we're happy to help you decide if a product is right for you
Exceptions
We're reasonable people. If something went wrong on our end — for example, you never received your download link, or the file was corrupted or unreadable — please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. That might mean resending your file or issuing a store credit, depending on the situation.
We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind, didn't have time to use the product, or the content didn't meet expectations you brought in from outside the product description.
Paperback Books
The paperback edition of Mind Your Mouth is sold through Amazon, not directly through this site. Refund and return requests for the paperback should be directed to Amazon according to their return policy.
