What a 30-Day Grief Journal Can (and Can't) Do

"I did not set out to write a grief journal. I set out to survive." That's where Still Standing began — not as a product idea, but as a way through.

What a guided journal can do

Grief doesn't move in a straight line, and it rarely waits for a convenient time. A guided journal gives you a small, doable structure on the days when nothing else feels possible — a place to put the weight down for a few minutes at a time, one day at a time, for 30 days.

What it can't do

A journal isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for support from people who know you. It's a companion for the in-between moments — the car, the kitchen table at 11pm, the quiet after everyone else has gone back to their lives.

Built for women who are still standing

Still Standing is a 30-day guided journal for women who are grieving and refusing to disappear into it. Available as a standard or fillable PDF.

If grief is something you're navigating right now, please know that support beyond a journal is available and worth reaching for — a therapist, a grief support group, or someone you trust.
